SC3231R - Ripcord Device Adapter
External Wireless USB Device Reference Solution
Staccato's Ripcord Device Adapter (RDA) allows easy addition of Certified Wireless USB to existing USB devices with no firmware changes. The RDA is a complete Device Wire Adapter (DWA) solution ready for high volume production. Some example Wireless USB devices enabled with the RDA include printers, digital picture frames, PMP cradles, digital still cameras and digital video recorders. It is based on Staccato's Ripcord1 SC3502C single chip CMOS IC.
Software Supported
The Ripcord Device Adapter is based on Staccato's Ceritified Wireless USB Device Wire Adapter (DWA) software stack.
